SpringBoard is a not for profit group that encourages and develops the next generation of New Zealand directors and promotes age diversity around the board table.

We currently number 2300 members throughout New Zealand. Our members are 45 years and under and all have previous governance experience. You are welcome to read a NZ Management article for further background on SpringBoard.

SpringBoard was founded by Simon Telfer and Vicky Taylor and they continue to lead the organisation, supported by teams throughout the country.

SpringBoard hosts bi-monthly events in Auckland, Wellington & Christchurch where expert speakers present on governance related topics. We also host more specialist events with opportunities to meet and mingle with some of New Zealand’s most influential chairs and directors. In 2012 we launched our Apprentice Programme for aspiring directors.

All our day to day communication is via Linked In. This includes discussions, governance news, open director vacancies and event details.
